Payment is made at the time of the lesson. Pay by check to "Trident Aquatic Group" or by Venmo to Trident_Aquatic.
CANCELATIONS - IF YOU CANCEL A LESSON WITHIN 12 HOURS OF THE APPOINTMENT TIME, PAYMENT IS STILL REQUIRED.

Learn -to-Swim Levels:

Level 1: Introduction to Water Skills: focus on building comfort in the water, entering and exiting, blowing bubbles, bobbing and basic movements.
Level 2: Fundamentals of Aquatic Skills: develops basic swimming skills, including floating, treading water, and moving in different directions.
Level 3: Stroke Development: Introduce and develop front crawl, back crawl, and other basic strokes.
Level 4: Stroke Development: Refines strokes, increase endurance, and introduces more advanced skills likes dives and rescues.
Level 5: Stroke Refinement: Refines strokes, develops coordination, increase efficiency.
Level 6: Swimming and Skill Proficiency: Focus on swimming smoothly over greater distances, improving all strokes, and refining water safety skills.
